2021 Malaysia Marketing ‘New Normal’ Playbook

Since the beginning of this century, the number of channels & solutions available to marketers have grown significantly, with some gaining more importance (i.e. Social, E-Commerce), some holding steady (i.e. TV) and some significantly losing relevance (i.e. Print).
